1. What We Collect
When you book or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, and special requests. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Bakong) and are never stored on our servers.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to manage reservations, process payments and refunds, send booking confirmations and stay-related emails, respond to enquiries, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the hotel: payment processors, email delivery, and secure cloud hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
4. Retention
Reservation and billing records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law, then deleted. Account data is kept until you ask us to remove it.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time via the contact page.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language. We do not use advertising trackers.
