2. Reservations and Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after payment is authorized and a confirmation code is issued. Prices are shown in the property's currency and include the taxes and fees displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate guest and contact details; the hotel may cancel reservations made with false information.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Each rate plan has its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund. For refundable rates, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to check-in you cancel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Check-in and Conduct
Guests must present valid identification at check-in. The hotel may refuse or terminate a stay, without refund, for unlawful behavior, property damage, or disturbance to other guests.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your stay or use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
